What Youll Do:
As a Cloud Support Engineer youll dive into providing 2nd/3rd line technical support to valued customers ensuring SLA targets. Youll be hands-on and your role also involves promptly updating service tickets and participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support. Youll also be mentoring the team while being the technical escalation for the wider team and assisting the Cloud platform team

What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone with a background in Service Desk or Systems Engineering along with a solid grasp of traditional Microsoft infrastructure and M365 technologies. Required Skills:
This is a leading role with a wide range of responsibilities including maintaining BAU managing security peer reviews release management web application security and contributing to the design and architecture of new solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux Admin Docker AWS CI/CD configuration management CDN security risk assessment vulnerability searching pen testing patching backups disaster recovery/BCP and documentation.
