Job Summary
Executive Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MMIS Testing Lead to support mission-critical testing and validation activities for Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS). This role requires a professional with strong business-side testing expertise capable of designing comprehensive test strategies coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring system integrity across complex healthcare program environments.
The consultant will work closely with stakeholders project leadership and IT teams to validate system enhancements ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and support the successful delivery of system upgrades driven by federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan document and execute end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
Conduct functional and business-side testing for MMIS; track defects and validate fixes.
Assess how system changes impact operational processes and business workflows.
Ensure projects align with federal regulations state mandates and policy updates.
Facilitate testing sessions workshops and communicate risks/findings to stakeholders and IT teams.
Prepare detailed reports on testing activities methodologies and outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Completeness and quality of test coverage.
Effectiveness in detecting and tracking defects.
Adherence to project timelines.
Alignment with regulatory policies and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years mandatory proven experience in MMIS testing. Background in business-side system validation. (Government/public sector experience highly preferred).
Technical: Test case design defect tracking and understanding of cross-functional system integration.
Professional: Strong logical reasoning ability to interpret regulations and excellent facilitation/communication skills.
