Executive Summary
Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced and strategic CS Information Technology Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within Child Support system modernization programs. This role requires a seasoned project management professional capable of overseeing complex enterprise IT transformations aligning business and technical objectives and ensuring successful delivery within government environments.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership technical acumen and governance expertise to manage large-scale projects collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-level information system transformations (large and small initiatives) within scope timeline and budget.
Define business and technical requirements in collaboration with product owners SMEs and scrum teams.
Coordinate cross-functional internal development teams and external vendors.
Enforce project governance monitor risks and maintain transparent status reporting.
Manage project budgets schedules and resource utilization proactively.
Mentor state personnel in PM methodologies to enable sustained internal operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
On-time and on-budget project delivery.
Effective implementation of project controls and governance standards.
Proactive risk management and stakeholder alignment.
Strong coordination and performance from internal/vendor teams.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience managing enterprise-level IT projects in government/public sectors. (Hands-on Child Support system experience is highly preferred).
Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent practical experience.
Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile Waterfall DevOps and hybrid delivery models.
Core Skills: Exceptional leadership stakeholder management decision-making and understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
