Now Hiring: Behavioral Health Specialist (LPC or LMSW)

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to provide therapy behavioral health assessments crisis intervention and ongoing support in a structured outpatient environment. This role offers a predictable schedule collaborative team setting and the opportunity to work closely with primary care providers and care managers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and create treatment plans
- Provide outpatient therapy to adults and/or children
- Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services
- Manage a structured caseload and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Connect patients with behavioral health and community resources
- Complete clinical documentation progress notes and discharge planning
Requirements
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or related field
- Active LPC or LMSW license required
- 3 years of outpatient behavioral health experience
- Experience in therapy treatment planning and crisis intervention
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Required Skills:
Experience with assessments treatment planning therapy and crisis intervention.
Required Education:
Masters Degree in Social Work Counseling or related field.
