Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee Electrical Engineering and /or industrial construction projects from beginning to completion in Tampa FL
Pay: $100-110k depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:

Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting.
Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process ensuring prompt responses and documentation.
Lead procurement efforts for materials equipment and services.
Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope schedule and budget.
Monitor subcontractor billing performance and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications for Electrical Project Manager:

5-10 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
Strong understanding of AIA billing and construction financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel word outlook) Microsoft Project
Procore (not required but preferred)
Primavera P6 (not required but preferred).
Additional tools such as Bluebeam Auto 9/10 PMs for plan review) and ERP systems are a plus.
