Were looking for a Client Experience & Logistics Coordinator to help organize and manage client-facing details from start to this role youll support the coordination of schedules arrangements and logistics while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate schedules confirmations and planning details for client requests
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and ensure accuracy of information
- Organize logistics related to events accommodations and general arrangements
- Work with vendors and service providers to confirm and track details
- Maintain organized records timelines and documentation
- Assist with updates changes and ongoing coordination needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all details are handled efficiently
