I&C Design Supervisor

This is a remote position.

Were seeking an E&IC Design Supervisor to lead the design and drafting of complex electrical instrumentation and controls systems within a nuclear environment. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in system design regulatory compliance and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of designers and drafters in the preparation of electrical and control system drawings.
  
• Manage project timelines resources and deliverables across multiple engineering projects.
  
• Oversee design documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Develop and review electrical and instrumentation design packages layouts and schematics.
  
• Coordinate with engineering procurement and field teams to ensure design integrity and constructability.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
  
• 8 years of experience in electrical instrumentation or controls design within nuclear or heavy industrial sector
  
• Troubleshooting of wiring and control system issues
  
• Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD for design and drafting.
  
• Strong understanding of design principles codes and regulatory standards.
  
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and technical teams.
  
• Working knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and other relevant industry quality programs.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and project coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under complex project conditions.
