Position Summary: Manages client needs and responsibilities along with the profitability and growth for an average of 3-5 accounts for West Cary Group.
Role Qualifications:
Must execute strategic and tactical planning to meet client needs
Must maintain project budgets and administration to achieve account profitability
Must contribute to new business opportunities including idea cultivation research and proposal preparation
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic planning and creative development/execution
Establish and manage program budgets and timelines to ensure overall profitability
Develop new opportunities to grow each clients business through proactive relationship management word-of-mouth referrals and going above and beyond surface expectations
Collaborate consistently and productively with creative and digital teams to deliver high-quality on-time marketing and communications solutions
Awareness of marketing trends and innovations
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Public Relations or related field or equivalent job experience
4-6 years of advertising agency or corporate marketing experience and a solid grasp of marketing and advertising fundamentals
Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels (digital media social blogs print direct mail TV radio point of sale). Plus a demonstrated interest in performance marketing and driving outcomes for your clients business.
Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation/pitch skills
Proactive solutions-oriented attitude
Flexibility (e.g. the ability to handle an account where deadlines are tight and client preferences may change suddenly and on short notice)
The ability to both work independently and function as a high-performing team member
At the top of your game constantly curious always learning and motivated to deliver the best creative product
Commitment to bringing consistent thought leadership in support of each clients marketing and communication needs
Relationship management project management or process management experience is a must
