Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers and present them with the opportunity to purchase company equipment.
Identify opportunities for current customers to add additional equipment that will benefit their organization.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals ($50K$1M).
Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and strategic territory development.
Identify inefficiencies within customer production environments and translate them into automation solutions.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals including ROI analysis implementation timelines and system recommendations.
Demonstrate equipment capabilities and clearly communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with plant managers engineers and executive decision-makers.
Expand existing accounts through upselling complementary equipment and services.

Required Skills:
Work Experience & Technical Skills Requirement Be technically inclined from a mechanical electrical and machine/equipment automation standpoint (Required). Manufacturing experience 7 years (Preferred). 5 years experience in assembly and/or service of industrial equipment. knowledge of line packaging or related equipment (Preferred). Have the ability to read engineering drawings. Skills with automation and IT equipment PLC and HMI. Excellent communication skills. Field service report writing will be required. Have the ability to handle delicate customer situations in a customer friendly manner as you will be representing the company. Able to communicate the process and plan of action in a calm and polite manner. Able to manage and foster a positive customer relationship. Capable of clearly and concisely articulating situations back to head office in a timely manner for matters that require an approval prior to proceeding with a decision. Able to quickly think on your feet to come up with solutions and how you it will be implemented. Be open-minded to try new ideas for solutions with a positive attitude. Be meticulous detail oriented and keep records of all actions performed during service calls both remote and onsite. Be resourceful when faced with new issues that have not been encountered before. Have the ability to troubleshoot effectively despite a stressful situation. Able to work with little guidance alone as well as in a team. Shows initiative drive and willing to learn and grow with the company. Prior experience in conducting installation & servicing of machines Certificate & License Requirement A valid drivers license and the ability to travel without restrictions across USA. Valid passport and authorized to travel to Canada.
