Coverage Period: May 2026 Ongoing (3 months initial)
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (opportunity to expand to additional days)

Patient Demographics: Adults
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 2030 patients per week
Case Mix: Chronic pain management cases in outpatient setting
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Athena
Office Equipment Available: Standard pain management clinic equipment
Support Staff Available: Clinic support staff
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 12 weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Chronic pain management procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active MO license required; OK license preferred
Board: Board Certification required
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Other Qualifications: Comfortable managing outpatient chronic pain cases
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient pain management care
Evaluate and manage chronic pain conditions
Perform pain management procedures as needed
Collaborate with clinic staff
Maintain accurate documentation in Athena EMR
