Job Summary

We are looking for professional and service-driven Independent Contractors to provide inbound customer support for our partner client accounts. Contractors will engage with customers via phone chat and/or email depending on program requirements.

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and typing ability

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers

Dedicated quiet workspace suitable for remote work
