Position Overview
The Account Executive plays a key role on our Home Health team serving as a liaison between our company and the community. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources while educating patients families and healthcare professionals about our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians healthcare facilities and community organizations
  
• Serve as a trusted resource by providing education on home health services to clients families and referral partners
  
• Identify and cultivate new referral sources within the assigned territory
  
• Maintain consistent communication with accounts and stay informed on customer needs and market activity
  
• Represent professionally in the community and at networking events
