Summary

• Hospital cleaners sanitize rooms during patients stays and after patients are discharged.
• Tasks include vacuuming mopping changing bedding and re-stocking bathrooms in all parts of the facility.
• Position includes working with chemicals and coming in contact with bodily fluids.

Schedule

• Fulltime 80 hours per two weeks.

• Evening shift from 1:00PM to 9:30PM Monday through Friday

• Every 4^th weekend/holiday rotation working 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $17.41 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience.

• Full Pay range: $15.74 - $23.62 per hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Previous cleaning experience in health care facility preferred but not required.
• Ability to read write simple task requests and reports and communicate well with others required.
• Ability to use cleaning items and cleaning products including but not limited to mops floor cleaners scouring pads buffers and vacuums.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position during the assigned shift.
• Ability to care for equipment measure cleaning products and be alert to potential hazards.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
