Job Summary
Adelphi is seeking a Licensed Dietitian to provide services at a facility in Glasgow Kentucky. The ideal candidate will assess nutritional needs support care planning and ensure that the facilitys residents receive appropriate nutritional care in accordance with clinical and dietary standards.

Requirements:
Licensed Dietitian in the State of Kentucky certified by the State Board of Licensure and Certification for Dietitians and Nutritionists.
Member of the American Dietetic Association
Minimum of 3 years experience providing dietary services
Experience working with individuals with behavioral health developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the operations of the clinical dietary services and ensure all dietary needs of residents are met according to individual care plans.
Work closely with the Director of Nursing and the Food Service Manager to plan implement and consult on dietary services.
Conduct patient charting and nutritional assessments ensuring all dietary needs are met and documented in resident records.
Consult with medical and clinical staff regarding nutritional therapy and participate in treatment planning.
Ensure nutritional standards meet applicable health regulations.
Provide in-service training to staff and participate in the development of resident assessment protocols.
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards policies and procedures including accrediting and regulatory requirements.
Maintain adherence to professional ethical and confidentiality standards.
