| Job Description |
What You Will Be Doing - Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients acting as the primary relationship owner
- Build relationships with business owners CEOs and CFOs
- Analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness of borrowers
- Structure negotiate and manage commercial loans and credit facilities
- Partner with credit teams for underwriting and loan approvals
- Monitor portfolio performance including risk renewals and compliance
- Identify and mitigate credit and portfolio risks
- Drive new business through networking referrals and market outreach
- Cross-sell banking solutions including treasury wealth and private banking services
- Collaborate internally with credit operations and product teams
- Ensure loan documentation accuracy and compliance
Experience You Will Need: - 2–10 years of experience in commercial banking lending or relationship management roles
- Proven experience in managing and growing commercial client portfolios
- Strong experience in financial statement analysis credit underwriting and risk assessment
- Demonstrated ability in structuring and negotiating commercial loans and credit facilities
- Track record in business development client acquisition and revenue generation
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs CFOs business owners)
- Experience ensuring loan documentation accuracy compliance and regulatory adherence
- Strong collaboration experience with credit teams underwriting and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
