Key Responsibilities
Financial Record-keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records
- Record daily financial transactions including income and expenses
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Process invoices and ensure timely accurate payments
- Manage invoicing and track incoming payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances as needed
Reporting & Budget Support
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (income statements balance sheets)
- Track expenses to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
- Support audit preparation and year-end reporting processes
Data Entry & Documentation
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and financial regulations
- Assist with documentation for audits grants and reporting requirements
Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams to support financial operations
- Assist with ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 23 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Exposure to audits grants or fund accounting
