Key Responsibilities
Financial Record-keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records
Record daily financial transactions including income and expenses
Perform regular reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process invoices and ensure timely accurate payments
Manage invoicing and track incoming payments
Follow up on outstanding balances as needed
Reporting & Budget Support
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (income statements balance sheets)
Track expenses to support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Support audit preparation and year-end reporting processes
Data Entry & Documentation
Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Compliance & Process Support
Ensure adherence to internal policies and financial regulations
Assist with documentation for audits grants and reporting requirements
Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to support financial operations
Assist with ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
Associates degree in Accounting Finance or related field
23 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with accounting software and financial systems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Exposure to audits grants or fund accounting
