We are seeking a Director of Finance to guide budgeting reporting audits and financial strategy while supporting a dedicated team. This role offers the competitive salary of $90000-$95000.
What Youll Do
- Oversee daily financial operations with accuracy and integrity
- Lead budgeting financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Support program leaders to ensure resources strengthen services
- Supervisor and mentor Business Office staff
- Manage cash flow billing collections and key financial processes
- Contribute to strategic planning that advances our mission
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and financial reporting
- Leadership experience preferred
