About the Opportunity
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well-established and collegial team in the Finger Lakes Region.

This is a bread and butter anesthesiology practice with a strong focus on balance predictability and team collaboration. You will work across a mix of orthopedic urology OB and healthy pediatric cases with no neuro cardiac or vascular cases.

This is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking for a stable environment with strong compensation and a manageable call schedule.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist
  • Completion of a recognized residency program
  • Comfortable with general anesthesiology cases including orthopedics urology OB and healthy pediatric patients
  • Interest in working within a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Strong focus on patient care and long-term practice stability

Required Skills:

Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist Comfortable with general anesthesiology cases including orthopedics urology OB and healthy pediatric patients Interest in working within a collaborative team-oriented environment Strong focus on patient care and long-term practice stability Washington State RN license upon hire Nursing leadership certification within two years of hire 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience ideally in a related clinical setting Experience leading complex teams and operations in an acute care environment Background in process improvement and performance optimization Experience in a unionized healthcare environment Strong financial operational and analytical acumen A collaborative servant-minded leadership style with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization


Required Education:

Doctorate Degree - MD or DO
