What Youll Do:
- Supervise and direct all E&I hourly personnel including scheduling performance appraisals and corrective action
- Build and manage daily/weekly maintenance schedules assigning work orders to maximize team skill and training
- Verify that all safety requirements tools materials and equipment are in place before every job kicks off
- Troubleshoot and oversee maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems including ABB DCS and Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Lead safety meetings conduct field observations and drive continuous improvement across the crew

Requirements
Must have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
5 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry (or equivalent heavy industrial environment); supervisory experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of ABB Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Allen-Bradley PLCs
Strong electrical fundamentals with solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience on E&I and control systems
Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 33000V
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Project; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated with a take-charge attitude and strong understanding of personnel management techniques
Willingness to be a hands-on supervisor and be on call approximately once every 45 weeks (after ramp-up)
