A Hilton-affiliated MH Hospitality Hotel is seeking an experienced and meticulous Night Auditor to join our team at a property in the Omaha area. Our Night Auditors oversee guest check-ins/outs customer service issues and assist with fiscal reporting while supporting other evening personnel to ensure a professional efficient and welcoming environment for all staff and guests. Our ideal candidate has previous Hilton experience but we will train individuals looking for professional advancement are comfortable working overnight shifts and willing to commit to our brand of excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform night audits by verifying and reconciling daily transactions ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk assisting guests with check-ins check-outs and inquiries
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently addressing guest needs and directing calls as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions while ensuring confidentiality and security
- Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively to enhance overall satisfaction
- Prepare reports detailing occupancy revenue and other key metrics for management review
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all areas are clean and operational
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while fostering a welcoming atmosphere
- Other duties as required
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Previous hotel resort or hospitality experience preferred
- Hilton experience strongly preferred with training in PEP (Property Engagement Platform)
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Knowledge of night audit processes and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong decision-making abilities and capable of thinking on your feet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedule to work some weekends and holidays
Required Skills:
