Our client a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Systems Engineer based out of Tucson AZ
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Pay Rate : $50/hr - $60/Hr on W2

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to support Product Development and On Market Support (OMS) activities. This role requires strong experience with electro-mechanical systems verification and validation (V&V) and leading technical teams to drive product improvements and resolve complex system issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of verification & validation (V&V) strategies and testing.
- Drive requirements engineering risk management and FMEA activities.
- Analyze data perform root cause analysis and implement product or process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in design reviews DOE testing and troubleshooting efforts.
- Plan and execute engineering projects identify technical risks and deliver innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Biomedical Electrical Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 8 years of experience OR Masters degree with 4 years of experience.
- Strong experience working with electro-mechanical devices.
- Proven leadership in technical problem-solving V&V testing and risk management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IEC 61010 AAMI ISO 13485 or SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on expertise in DOE FMEA and structured problem-solving tools.
- INCOSE certification is a plus.
