Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with warm pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs
- Present personalized solutions including life insurance IULs and annuities
- Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
- Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing
- Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms
- Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence decisions ethically
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to obtain insurance licensing if needed
- Basic technical proficiency and organizational skills
