Luxer Ones Package Liaison team is seeking a professional organized and customerfocused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities.
As a Package Liaison you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit the site multiple times per week to ensure smooth efficient and residentfriendly package operations.

What Youll Do
- Provide inperson verbal and written assistance to residents with packagerelated questions or issues
- Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system
- Label sort and organize packages to maintain a clean easytonavigate package room
- Audit Luxer Lockers to ensure package delivery quality assurance
- Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders including notice of returntosender deadlines for stale packages (typically 48 hours depending on property policy)
- Confirm returntosender pickups when required
- Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the property team and Luxer One support
- Perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on package room or locker systems
- Conduct scheduled audits of package rooms and lockers (dependant on site and volume size)
- Occasionally support outreach efforts such as visiting prospective properties for audits or informational dropoffs
- Work independently and represent Luxer One professionally as the primary or sole liaison at the assigned site(s)
- Deliver select packages directly to residents doors (60lbs limit)
Role Details
This is a parttime position typically 2025 hours per week depending on operational needs. As part of a growing service program this role offers opportunities for expanded responsibilities and advancement as the program continues to scale
Requirements
Who You Are
Youre professional personable and comfortable representing our brand in upscale residential communities. You build positive friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike and you take pride in delivering excellent service.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- 12 years of customer service experience in a customer or client-facing role
- Reliable transportation such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally you live in or near the designated service area
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly adopt new technology tools; experience with digital package management systems Apple devices and basic networking equipment preferred.
- Strong independent organizational and problemsolving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform regular physical activity including lifting (60lbs Max) and arranging packagessome of which may be bulkywithin legal guidelines and maneuvering safely within storage areas
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
