Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Coverage Type: Clinical Only
Coverage Period: July 20 2026 January 2027
Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adults and Adolescents
Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 2535 patients per day
Case Mix: General dermatology evaluations and treatments
FACILITY INFORMATION
EMR System: Epic
Office Equipment Available: Standard dermatology clinic equipment
Specialty Backup Available: Dermatology team across multiple sites
Support Staff Available: 1 support staff per 12 patients (LPN RN MA)
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
General dermatology evaluations
Skin condition diagnosis and treatment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active NY license required (in hand)
Board: Board Certified required
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: Minimum 3 years recent dermatology experience
Other Qualifications: Must have recent Epic experience; no significant work gaps
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient dermatology care
Diagnose and treat skin conditions
Collaborate with dermatology team and support staff
Float to additional dermatology sites as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
