Marketing Project Manager

As a MarketingProjectManagerI/II your primary responsibility will besupportingthemarketing teamdrivethesuccessful execution of marketingprojects.You willbe responsible formanaging complex projects and campaigns from concept to completion ensuring theyare executed efficientlymeetdeadlines andupholdhigh quality standards.

This role requires a proactive detail-oriented professional with strong organizational communication and project planning skills.Youllcollaborate cross-functionally with creative teams program managers and event leads to deliver impactful marketingcontentthat resonatesglobally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects campaigns and deliverables.

• Scopeproject requirementsanddefineclearobjectivesand timelines.

• Develop andmaintainproject plans schedules and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including writers designers program managers and eventleadsto ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor project progress proactivelyidentifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure deliverables meet deadlines follow established workflows and receiveappropriate approvals.

• Enter and follow up on tasks in our project management tool Asana.

• Identifyopportunities for improvementforproject processes andassistin making those improvements.

• Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and languagesdemonstratingcultural awareness and flexibility.
