Core Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Lead patient evaluations and provide high-quality evidence-based treatments for an outpatient orthopedic population.
Start-Up Collaboration: Work closely with the initial leadership team to streamline workflows and optimize the patient experience in the new building.
Care Coordination: Manage a MondayFriday caseload with an emphasis on manual therapy functional movement and long-term wellness.
Documentation: Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements
License: Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing.
Education: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
Experience: Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred; however we are looking for "start-up" personalitiesadaptable proactive and collaborative.
Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy therapeutic exercise and patient education.
