What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted support partner for clients throughout their benefits and Medicare journeys
• Deliver proactive personalized communication that builds deep trust
• Support advisors and internal teams with followthrough problemsolving and client education
• Help streamline processes and contribute ideas that improve the client experience
• Manage documentation systems and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Represent the firms values of service compassion and integrity in every interaction
