• Shift: Night Shift
• Hours: 12 Hours per Shift
• Schedule: 3 Days per Week
• On-Call: Not Required
• Floating: Required (between ICU & Stepdown units)

Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Neuro ICU / IMCU Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized neuroscience unit. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill neurological patients while supporting both ICU and stepdown units.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in Neuro ICU and IMCU settings
• Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions
• Manage ventilators drips and advanced monitoring equipment
• Maintain patient safety and respond to rapid changes in condition
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
• Float between ICU and stepdown units as required

Patient Ratios

• ICU: 1:1 1:2
• Stepdown (IMCU): 1:3 1:4

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/IMCU experience
• Strong Neuro ICU experience (Mandatory)
• Valid certifications (as required for ICU roles)
• Complete and updated resume (no gaps greater than 60 days)
• Skills checklist and professional references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in neuroscience or specialized ICU units
• Strong critical thinking and patient management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-acuity environment
