Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take full control of commercial projects and drive them from kickoff through completion without constant oversight.
If you understand electrical construction can manage budgets and know how to keep projects moving efficiently this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role.
Projects range from $50K to $2.5M and include commercial renovations office fit-outs retail spaces and high-end residential work.
You will serve as the central point of execution between field teams office operations and clients.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial projects)
- Proven experience managing projects ranging from $50K to $2.5M
- Strong understanding of NEC and NYC electrical codes
- Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets
- Experience with project management software such as Procore Autodesk or similar tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- Electrical field experience
- Experience working on NYC-based projects or union environments
Benefits

- Must report to Staten Island office 12 times per week
