Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff patients visitors and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors checking identification issuing visitor credentials and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents questions and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Support daily front desk operations by answering phones documenting activity maintaining visitor logs and communicating security-related information to site leadership and Allied Universal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Possess guard card.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
