We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Montrosebranch. Looking for individuals available Monday - Friday
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures whilemaintainingan acceptable balancing record.
- Identifiesand addresses clients needs byprovidinga variety of services which may include opening new accounts issuing counter checks performing account maintenance issuing/activation ATM cards performing money transfers ordering checks receiving loan payments etc.
- Resolvesclientsproblems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identifiesand maximizes cross-sellbanksopportunities through exploring needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering customer service balancing or other related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math cashiering balancing debits credits bank products and/or banking.
- Must have solidbalancingand customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based onclientsneeds.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20.00 $22.50 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
