Key Responsibilities

Performance & Quality

• Coordinate materials scheduling equipment and subcontractors to ensure job site quality meets company standards
• Inspect properties prior to scheduled service to develop appropriate action plans and perform hands-on work as needed
• Proactively monitor irrigation systems and areas with potential for disease or insect problems before issues arise

Operations

• Ensure proper maintenance storage and use of branch equipment
• Coordinate with office staff to keep branch databases current with accurate client information
• Order materials as needed while monitoring costs and delivery schedules

Personnel

• Work with the Area Manager to identify staffing needs support hiring and prepare daily crew schedules
• Develop and review growth plans for employees; provide coaching counsel and performance feedback
• Lead crew training on equipment operation production planning safety protocols and quality standards

Safety

• Implement safety best practices and actively monitor branch safety performance

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or crew leadership role
• Familiarity with Aspire software

Preferred

• Demonstrated ability to coach develop and retain field teams
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
