Clinical Pharmacist, Inpatient Pharmacy (Per Diem, DaysEveningsNights)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Central Team Leader and Manager for Clinical services ensures optimum patient outcomes related to medication use by preventing or resolving drug-related problems and coordinating the acquisition distribution and control of all drug therapy to patients under the care of the pharmacist.

Schedule: Per Diem Days/Evenings/Nights

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• PharmD degree or Bachelors with 2 years hospital pharmacy experience.
• Licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Massachusetts by the hire date or eligible within 45 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills towards our customers (including patients physicians and nurses) and fellow employees of the hospital.

Compensation Range:

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
