Responsibilities:
ADL Support: Apply your CNA training to assist clients with bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene with skill and compassion.
Mobility & Transfers: Safely assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper technique.
Medication Reminders: Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules and routines.
Nutrition & Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and preparation in accordance with dietary needs; monitor hydration and nutritional intake.
Companionship: Build genuine relationships with clients through meaningful conversation and accompaniment to appointments and activities.
Health Observation & Documentation: Leverage your clinical eye to monitor and report changes in client condition and document care accurately.
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification (required)
Caregiving or clinical experience preferred
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow individualized care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
