Service Evolution Manager

The Service Evolution Manager provides leadership to a team of engineers and professional staff in developing modifying creating and testing solutions to our clients infrastructure related technical needs. This role is responsible for planning coordinating and managing engineering projects to ensure on-time completion while remaining in program budget and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams.

Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a Service Evolution Managerto lead and manage our clients IT infrastructure needs. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Designs develops evaluates and modifies end-to-end infrastructure systems products and services throughout the life cycle.

• Generates quantifiable requirements based on client description system planning system design and acquisition logistics.

• Ensures requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods.

• Translates high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with other engineering disciplines to develop lower-level detailed implementation requirements.

• Establishes and coordinates development of standards practices and procedures as related to the overall service/product development.

• Designs interfaces and brings system elements together so they work as a whole.

• Assesses performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.

• Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements.

• Participates in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts.

• Participates in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation.

• Generates system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures.

• Reviews test plans/procedures and ensures they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

• Provides requirements analysis design engineering security accreditation and documentation to prepare new systems for implementation

**Position is Contingent on Contract Award**

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly clearance.

• Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or related discipline and 12 years of experience.

• Minimum of 12 years experience in Systems Engineering.

• 8 or more years experience managing an engineering team of technical professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with Poly clearance.

• Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or Mathematics is preferred.

• Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly US Citizenship is
