Schedule:On-site flexible schedule that may include days evenings weekends and holidays based on availability and business needs. Preference given to candidates who can consistently work at least 2 shifts per week.

About the Role:

Rangers must be knowledgeable about therules and safety regulationsfor all amenities at VitenseGolflandandmonitor customer activityto ensure guests aresafelyand responsiblyenjoying the facility. This role requiresstrong communicationskills attention to detail and a willingness toassistin multiple areasas needed.This isa great opportunityforsomeone who likes to bephysicallyactive can quicklyproblem-solveandexcels working with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Safety & Guest Monitoring

• Ensure the safety of all guestsby monitoringactivity in all areas toprevent unsafe behaviorand respond quickly to any concerns.
• Politely andprofessionally addressguests whodo not followsafety guidelines.
• Perform routine checkson equipment and facilities to identify and report potential hazards.
• Patrol the property continuouslytomaintaina clean organized and safe environment.

Facility Areas Covered

Rangersare responsible formonitoring safety and cleanlinessacross the entire property includingbut not limited to:

• Indoor & Outdoor Miniature Golf
• Par3 Golf Course
• Batting Cages
• Golf Range

Guest Interaction & Customer Service

• Greet customerswarmlyandprovide excellent customer service.
• Answer guest questions about facility rules amenities and equipment usage.
• Assistcustomers in learning how to use various equipment properly and safely.
• Helpmonitorwaittimes for activities andcommunicate with the front counterto manage guest flow.

Facility Maintenance & Support

• Ensure all equipment is functioning properlyand perform basic troubleshooting when needed.
• Clean up trash and debristhroughout the property tomaintaina clean and inviting environment.
• Assist withGolf Academy dutiesand general maintenancetasks asassigned.
• Support other departments andfill in as neededfordifferent rolesat the facility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Willingnessto learn aboutsafety regulationsand enforce rules with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability towork independentlywhile also collaborating withateam.
• Comfortable workingoutdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortworking in anactive fast-paced environment.
