• Deliver high-quality power washing services with a strong focus on customer experience
• Identify opportunities and help generate leads while on job sites
• Safely operate a 24-ft box truck and professional equipment
• Lead a small team in the field and provide hands-on training to ensure quality and safety
• Work confidently on ladders and roofs when needed
• Take ownership of jobs and ensure excellent results every time

• Clean driving record (required)
• Experience with pressure washing equipment
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
• Bonus: Small engine/mechanical experience (higher starting pay possible)
