Job Summary

Schedule: Full Time 36 hours per week 6:30am-7pm No Scheduling Mandation
Pay Range: Pay range: $22.41 - $26.21/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30 2026)
Shift Premiums: 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm $ 1.00 10:31 pm - 7:00 am $ 0.75 Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm - Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00

What Youll Do:
As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in our skilled nursing community youll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From assisting with daily activities to providing comfort and companionship your work will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Hands-On Care Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
Support Mealtime Help (residents or participants) enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
Keep Things Moving Support mobility including turning positioning and safe transfers.
Perform Vital Checks Measure and record vital signs weight and intake/output.
Maintain Comfort & Care Keep rooms tidy cozy and well-stocked with essentials.
Provide Responsive Support Answer call lights quickly and respond with kindness and compassion.
Monitor with Watchful Eyes Report any changes in conditions to the leadership ASAP.
Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

A current and valid Michigan CNA Certification (a must!)
Experience caring for the elderly Awesome! If not well teach you.
The ability to read write understand and follow directions like a pro.
A heart for helping others and the physical ability to lift stand bend transfer stretch walk push and pull as needed.
