Position Overview


The Home Care Staffing Coordinator is the operational backbone of our agency. This role requires at least two (2) years of experience in scheduling staffing dispatching or coordination. You will manage caregiver schedules respond to changes in real time and help ensure continuity of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule caregiver shifts based on client care plans and caregiver availability

Manage call-offs last-minute changes and emergency coverage

Communicate clearly with caregivers clients and internal staff

Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation

Support continuity of care and overall client satisfaction

Collaborate with management to anticipate staffing needs

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience as scheduler staffer dispatcher or coordinator

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Professional compassionate communication style with strong boundaries

Proficiency with scheduling or home care software
