Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls emails and walk-in queries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers ensuring their needs are met.
- Process orders handle returns and manage complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the companys product range to offer tailored solutions to our customers.
- Liaise with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a customerservice representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
