Senior Technology Program Manager

**Position is Contingent Upon Award**

The Deputy Program Manager/Operations Lead serves as the second-in-command for the assigned contract responsible for day-to-day operational execution Agile Release Train (ART) coordination and ensuring seamless delivery of malware analysis capabilities to USCYBERCOM. This position directly supports the Program Manager in all aspects of contract performance and serves as the primary operational interface with Government stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or related field and 12 years experience
• Progressive experience in program/project management within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
• Experience managing cyber operations cybersecurity or software development programs
• Experience in a deputy or senior leadership role on contracts of similar size and complexity ($50M annually)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a leadership capacity (Scrum Master Release Train Engineer or equivalent)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• SAFeAgilist (SA) orSAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
• Must possess an active TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance
• US citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Joint Malware Catalog (JMC) or similar malware repository systems
• Prior experience on USCYBERCOM J9 programs
• Knowledge of JCWA platform and integration requirements
• Experience with R2D2 development platform
• Understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes
