Area Manager Early Childhood Education
Location: Greater Western Sydney

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to lead and support a portfolio of 68 early learning centres. This is a dynamic leadership role suited to someone passionate about delivering high-quality childcare building strong teams and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership coaching and support to Centre Directors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality education and care
- Oversee daily operations across multiple centres ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Drive occupancy growth financial performance and budget management across the portfolio
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork professional development and child safety
- Conduct regular centre visits audits and performance reviews
- Support recruitment onboarding and retention of high-performing teams
- Build strong relationships with families communities and key stakeholders
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals
About You
- Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within early childhood education (Area Manager Operations Manager or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of relevant childcare regulations and quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead inspire and develop teams
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving performance
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant early childhood qualifications (or willingness to obtain if applicable)
