With headquarters in Tel Aviv and offices in Melbourne Toronto Hong Kong and Shanghai Company provides a dynamic work culture global opportunities and professional development in a fast-paced digital an Activation Specialist you will support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads Meta TikTok Microsoft Ads and other digital channels. Working closely with the Lead Account Strategist and the Australian team you will assist in the implementation of campaigns activation of promotions and execution of client and internal briefs. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who enjoys working across multiple campaigns and platforms while contributing to the successful execution of paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the creation and setup of advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads Meta TikTok Microsoft Ads and other channels
Execute campaign activations and deactivations for promotional offers and seasonal campaigns
Ensure correct creative assets promotions and messaging are live across accounts and that incorrect ads are not running
Support the implementation of client and internal briefs provided by the Australian team
Assist with ongoing campaign optimisation and channel management tasks
Monitor campaigns to ensure correct execution and flag any issues or inconsistencies
Report back on key metrics related to promotional campaigns or specific ad activity when requested
Occasionally assist with performance reports presentations and internal documentation
Support the team with ongoing paid media execution across multiple client accounts
Occasionally assist with client communication relating to campaign execution and updates
Requirements
Requirements
1 year of experience working with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok Ads or Microsoft Ads
Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaign tasks simultaneously
Basic understanding of campaign setup ad creation and paid media performance metrics
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
Passion for digital marketing and learning new advertising technologies
English: Good written and verbal communication skills
