Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our for one of out high end salon (client) in Muscat Oman. This role is integral to enhancing the guest experience by delivering professional grooming services that reflect the high standards of luxury and service excellence expected in the hospitality industry. The Barber will be responsible for providing a range of grooming services including haircuts beard trims shaves and skincare treatments in a clean welcoming and upscale environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for personal grooming and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality barbering services including haircuts beard trims fades and classic shaves using professional tools and techniques.
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitized barber station in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Recommend grooming products and skincare routines tailored to individual guest needs and preferences.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned disinfected and maintained after each use.
- Provide a welcoming and professional guest experience contributing to guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to accommodate guest appointments and special requests.
- Stay updated on current grooming trends techniques and product innovations to maintain service excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies hygiene protocols and Omani labor regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience (13 years) in a professional barbering or grooming role within hospitality spa or salon environments.
- Certification or formal training in barbering or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in mens haircuts beard grooming hot towel shaves and basic skincare treatments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid work permit and ability to obtain visa sponsorship (provided by employer).
- Must be eligible for employment in Oman and meet health and background check requirements.
Note: This position is open to candidates from Ghana Uganda Kenya and Nigeria. All relocation and work-related benefits are provided in accordance with Omani labor policy.
