Job Title: BIM Modeller

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to support the design and execution of construction and engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that all BIM standards and project requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for construction and engineering projects
  
• Prepare detailed drawings layouts and documentation from BIM models
  
• Collaborate with architects engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy
  
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM tools to identify and resolve conflicts
  
• Update models based on design changes and project requirements
  
• Ensure compliance with project standards specifications and BIM protocols
  
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimations from models
  
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support
  
• Maintain organized records of models drawings and revisions
  
• Support project delivery within timelines and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field
  
• Minimum 2 years of BIM Modelling experience in Singapore
  
• Proven experience in construction or engineering projects

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in BIM software such as:
  • Autodesk Revit
    
  • Navisworks
    
  • AutoCAD
    
• Strong understanding of BIM standards workflows and coordination processes
  
• Knowledge of construction drawings and technical detailing
  
• Ability to perform clash detection and model coordination

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Time management and ability to meet project deadlines

Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with Singapore building codes and standards is an advantage
  
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Willingness to adapt to project requirements and deadlines
