You will own how the team runs: from cadence and KPIs to performance management and team-wide outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive theengineering operating rhythm(standups sprint reviews planning cadence)
Build and manageKPI dashboardsto track performance and team health
Leadperformance management including 1:1s feedback and evaluation processes
Overseevariable pay and performance-based incentives
Partner with engineering leads to ensurealignment accountability and execution
Driveorganizational efficiency and continuous improvementacross teams
Translate operational data intoactionable insights and decisions

Qualifications
Proven experiencedirectly managing engineers or technical team leads
Strong track record inorganizational operations and performance management
Experience building and owningKPI dashboards from raw data
Ability to think insystems and organizational outcomes not just project delivery
Experience managing teams at scale (50 people or equivalent)
Strong communication and leadership skills
