HIRING: APPOINTMENT SETTER
Full-Time Work From Home AU Morning Shift
Earn PHP 40K/month Uncapped Commissions

What Were Looking For:
- 4 years of solid hands-on experience in B2B appointment setting (not cumulative).
- Experience in selling services software or SaaS is a big plus!
- A natural conversation starter and closer who can connect with decision-makers.
- A go-getter with grit confidence and a hunger to succeed.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Dialing & connecting: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Scale-X Solutions.
- Qualifying leads: Identify high-potential businesses and decision-makers.
- Booking appointments: Get our Business Development Managers in front of the right people.
- Smashing targets: Meet (or better yet exceed) your daily weekly and monthly quotas.
- Keeping records: Update the CRM with accurate details after every call.
- Working smart: Collaborate with the team to fine-tune our outreach strategies.
