The Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of clients accounts beginning with the accurate reconciliation of supplier invoice transactions using specialized software. You will act as a trusted partner to clients building strong relationships while proactively identifying opportunities to improve spend management and key performance indicators (KPIs). Working autonomously with the support of a collaborative team you will develop and execute strategies that drive positive financial and operational outcomes.
This role requires strong client engagement clear reporting to clients and management and a proactive problemsolving mindset focused on delivering results through people-centered account management.
