Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AEST 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PHT

Youll play a key role in supporting the engineering team by transforming site information into professional client-ready reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Review site photos and notes provided by engineers
- Populate and format standardised inspection report templates
- Prepare reports for structural damage insurance claims roof assessments and more
- Ensure all reports are accurate well-structured and client-ready
- Support fee proposal preparation and written client communications
- Maintain high attention to detail across all documentation
- Over time improve report quality and reduce review time from engineers
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone who:
- Background in construction engineering architecture or related field
- Strong written English (this is essential report writing is the core of the role)
- Experience in report writing documentation or technical/admin support
- High attention to detail and strong formatting skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear written reports
- Reliable organised and able to work independently
