Job Summary

Requisitos

12 years of experience in software engineering AI or voice technologies
Hands-on experience building AI voice agents or conversational AI solutions
Experience with LLMs (ChatGPT and/or Claude AI)
Experience working with voice AI platforms (Eleven Labs is a plus)
Strong understanding of APIs and backend integrations
Ability to read and understand code (coding is not heavily required)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
Comfortable working independently as an individual contributor

Nice to Have

Deep experience with Eleven Labs
Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
Background in real-time systems or low-latency applications
Experience optimizing conversational UX

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI voice agents to:
Capture user information
Book appointments
Route calls to the appropriate department
Handle after-hours interactions
Integrate LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Claude AI) for conversational logic
Work with Eleven Labs for:
Text-to-speech (TTS)
Real-time voice generation
Voice tuning and customization
Connect voice agents with backend workflows using n8n
Integrate APIs and external systems as required
Configure and maintain conversational flows and prompt logic
Optimize solutions for:
Low latency
Voice quality
Accuracy in conversations
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and enhance user experience

Voice Technology & Architecture

Real-time voice interaction (low-latency environments)
Eleven Labs for streaming TTS and voice customization
Backend orchestration using n8n
API-based integrations with internal/external systems
Ownership or strong contribution to conversational AI architecture
